Association AGAPE of El Salvador, is constructed on the base more solid than it exists: the love. It means to give everything without waiting for nothing occurs in return. All the people who work in AGAPE don’t think nothing about they can receive, but they think about can give. For that reason, AGAPE, is more than a complex network of programs but for all employs it is a way for to live and to work.

AGAPE is a multidisciplinary social works who offers attention to basic necessities of vulnerable sector of El Salvador. AGAPE makes productive activities for to generate economic support and expansion of social programs with the only aim to constitute itself in a practical and agile answer to the solution of the problems arisen by the critical, typical and poverty situations.

It was founded in March 4, 1978 by Flavian Mucci a Franciscan priest been in El Salvador from 1968. The objective is to help through its Programs to people of limited economic resources.

AGAPE has Social, Educative, Spiritual, Communication and Productive programs. The productive programs generate founds to maintain part of the budget of the social programs in addition to many donors who are contributing to social labor of Agape of El Salvador.

All Agape’s programs are integrated. It means that each one collaborates with the others. For example, if furniture is needed these become in the carpentry factory; if we needed doctors to take care of the elderly persons we requested them to our hospital if
we needed to announce some activities or events, we make by communication programs like Radio Light, AGAPE Radio, Agape TV Channel 8, Valor’s Rescue magazine, etc.

The administrative philosophy of AGAPE of El Salvador has to become as model to many organizations for to implement projects in the national and international scope.
