AGAPE of El Salvador has a National Committee and also an executive Board of directors to assure that our aims and objectives are carefully fulfilled.

Each Program of AGAPE is directed by a professional specialized in the corresponding branch and is, also, the coordinator of its own projects. When working within a decentralized structure, they can take decisions agile and guessed right, that they lead it to his better development and they help the other programs indeed. Our administrative philosophy, in the opinion of experts, it is describes like a contribution of great magnitude in the way that the country has undertaken towards the peace, the brotherhood and the reconstruction financial aspects is based on the auto sustainability model productive and social projects.
